Much More Than Just Consulting
I have made it an Aim of my Life to passionately work with small businesses, doctors, hospitals, entrepreneurs in the pursuit of excellence, not just to give one on one advice but also to implement the same working in tandem with various teams at multiple levels.
I had started this after completing my engineering and management studies in the year 2002. Since then I had the privilege to work with exceptionally talented entrepreneurs who influenced my style of working and refined my understanding of various business processes.
It took me nearly fifteen years to write my 1st book and around eighteen years to start a consulting company formally, as, I wanted to be 200% sure that I had ample time to honor my promises and still had time to help some others.
As per me, Tech Consulting for even similar kinds of businesses cannot be given similar advice. Personal or one-to-one consulting is a must in order to come-up with best solutions and then implementation should be done under the guidelines of the same consultant until and unless the required targets are met.
